Piano fingerings

I have had great difficulty in finding fingerings for scales on the web. I therefore list here what I believe to be a standard set of fingerings for major scales on the piano. The only thing you need to know is the note played by the ring finger; in all these fingerings the ring finger plays only one note in the octave, and it is the same note whether ascending or descending. So, in E flat major, right hand, the ring finger plays B flat; consequently A flat falls to the middle finger, G to the forefinger, F to the thumb, E flat to the middle finger, D to the forefinger and C to the thumb.

The list is:

left hand right hand
C majorDB
G majorAF sharp
D majorEC sharp
A majorBG sharp
E majorF sharpD sharp
B majorF sharpA sharp
G flat majorG flatB flat
D flat majorG flatB flat
A flat majorD flatB flat
E flat majorA flatB flat
B flat majorE flatB flat
F majorGB flat
